Church Window Candy

Ingredients

  • 1 stick butter (8 Tablespoons; 1/2 cup)
  • 12 ounces semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 bag colored mini-marshmallows 10 ounces

Instructions

  1. Melt butter.

  2. Add chocolate chips and melt them over low heat.

  3. Let mixture cool. When the mixture cools, add marshmallows.

  4. Mix and place one-half of the mixture on waxed paper (or parchment paper).

  5. Roll into a roll. Repeat with the other one-half of the mixture.

  6. Place in refrigerator to cool. Slice after mixture is cool and hard.
