Strawberry Sour Cream Delight


  • 2- 3 ounces packages of strawberry jello
  • 2 cups boiling water
  • 1/2 can 20 ounces crushed pineapple.
  • 2 small packages frozen strawberries thawed
  • 1 pint sour cream


  1. Mix water and jello.
  2. Beat 10 ounces of crushed pineapple in a blender.
  3. Mix foamy pineapple and thawed strawberries with jello.
  4. Pour one-half of the mixture into a large mold or a 2 1/2 qt. cake pan or a glass bowl.
  5. Place in the refrigerator for 1/2 hour or until jellied.
  6. Remove and spread sour cream over jello. Pour rest of the jello over the sour cream layer. Refrigerate until set.
