Healthy Homemade Popsicles


  • 2 cups Greek unflavored yogurt or vanilla yogurt
  • 2 cups fruit I used about 1 1/2 cups of strawberries and 1/2 cup of bananas.
  • 2 -4 Tablespoons honey
  • 2 Tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1-2 teaspoons of vanilla


  1. Put yogurt in the blender followed by rinsed fruit (hull strawberries/slice big fruit up). Add 2 tablespoons of honey, 2 tablespoons lemon juice, and 1 teaspoon of honey.
  2. Blend.
  3. Add more honey and vanilla to desired taste. If you use plain yogurt, you may need more honey.
  4. Pour the mixture into popsicle molds and freeze for 5 hours before eating.
