Honey Baked Chicken

Ingredients

  • 4 pounds boneless skinless, chicken thighs
  • 3/4 stick 6 Tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 3/4 cup honey
  • 3 Tablespoons prepared mustard
  • 1 1/4 teaspoons salt
  • 1 1 /2 teaspoons curry powder

Cooked rice

Instructions

  1. Grease the interior of the crock pot (slower cooker) with butter or nonstick cooking spray.
  2. Arrange the thighs in the prepared crock.
  3. In a bowl, mix together butter, honey, mustard, salt, and curry powder.
  4. Pour the mixture over the chicken.
  5. Cover. Cook on low 3 1/2 -4 1/2 hours or until meat thermometer reads 175°.
  6. Spoon meat and sauce onto a platter.
  7. Serve over cooked rice.
