Recipe for Buttercream frosting:
In a large bowl, beat 5 Tablespoons butter until creamy. Beat in 4 1/2 cups confectioners' sugar, 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla, and 5-6 Tablespoons milk to achieve desired consistency. If too thick, add just a little bit more milk until you get the desired consistency. Yield: About 3 cups.
