Rocky Road Candy

Ingredients

  • 1 package chocolate chips
  • 1 square unsweetened chocolate
  • 1 Tablespoon butter
  • 2 eggs
  • cup confectioners sugar
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 2 cups miniature marshmallows
  • 2 cups nuts I use walnuts.

Instructions

  1. Melt chocolate chips, unsweetened chocolate, and butter over low heat, stirring until smooth. Remove from heat.
  2. In a separate bowl, beat eggs until foamy; mix in confectioners sugar, salt, and vanilla. Blend into the chocolate mixture
  3. Stir in marshmallows and nuts.
  4. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto waxed paper.
  5. Chill until firm.
  6. Store in refrigerator; remove just before serving.
