Place almonds in the food processor and pulse until chunky. Remove about half of them and pulse the remaining until finely chopped or powdery.

Mix coarsely chopped almonds with raisins and set aside.

Measure peanut butter and put in medium bowl.

Measure powdered milk and put in medium bowl.

Measure honey and put in medium bowl.

Mix to combine.

Scoop about a tablespoon and place on a plate.

Stick thumb in the middle slightly to make a dent (don’t go all the way through!). Add a pinch of raisins and almonds.

Roll into a ball.

Roll the ball in the finely chopped nuts and return to plate.

Refrigerate until firm.
