Easiest Peanut Butter Cookies Ever

  • 1 can of sweetened condensed milk
  • 3/4 cup peanut butter
  • 2 cups biscuit baking mix I make my own biscuit mix. I found the recipe at Money Saving Mom's site. I use white flour and shortening, and it stays good a long time. http://moneysavingmom.com/2011/06/homemade-baking-mix-recipe.html
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla

  1. For Peanut Butter Cookies with Hershey Kisses:
  2. Mix all ingredients together. Roll into 1" balls. Roll balls in sugar. Place on ungreased baking sheet. Bake at 375° for 6-8 minutes. Press Hershey kisses into the cookies as soon as you remove the cookies from the oven. Cool. (I did these at 350° as I was making the other cookies at the same time.)
  3. For Peanut Butter Cookie Cups:
  4. Roll the dough into 1" balls. Place in greased miniature muffin cups. Press dough evenly onto bottom and up sides of each cup. Bake at 350° for 11-13 minutes or until set. Immediately place a a peanut butter cup in each cup; press down gently. Cool for 10 minutes; carefully remove from pans.
