Mix bread dough and let rise.

Brown mince and drain off fat.

Add rest of ingredients (except bread dough and cheese) and cook until cabbage and onions are soft and transparent.

Drain off any excess liquid from meat mixture.

Cut up cheese into small cubes (about 1 cm squares).

Cut each loaf of bread dough into 12 equal pieces of dough.

Roll out piece of dough into circle the size of your hand.

Put 2 or 3 cubes of cheese on dough.

Place large spoonful of meat mixture over cheese.

Pull dough around filling.

Pinch closed and place closed side onto greased baking pan.

Bake 180 deg C or 350 deg F for 20 min or until nicely browned.

Brush tops with melted margarine or butter.
