Yummy to eat, easy to make scotcheroos. No bake dessert!

Scotcheroos

Ingredients

  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup corn syrup
  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 6 cups rice krispies

Frosting:

  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 cup butterscotch chips

Instructions

  1. Combine sugar, corn syrup, and peanut butter in a 3 quart saucepan.
  2. Heat over moderate heat until mixture begins to bubble.
  3. Remove from heat.
  4. Add Rice Krispies.
  5. Press into a 9 x 13" pan.
  6. Melt chocolate chips and butterscotch chips in a small saucepan.
  7. Spread over the krispie treats.
  8. Cool until firm.
