Yummy coleslaw with a potato chip cruncy!

Crunchy Potato Chip Coleslaw


  • 1 cup mayonnaise I use Miracle Whip.
  • 2 Tablespoons vinegar
  • 2 cups finely shredded cabbage
  • 1 can 6 1/2 oz. tuna (drained)
  • 1/3 cup shredded carrot
  • 1/3 cup chopped green onion optional--green pepper is not my favorite
  • 2 Tablespoons minced onion
  • 2 1/2 cups potato chips I don't use this much-- I crush some and add a layer to the top of individual servings.


  1. In a medium bowl, combine mayonnaise and vinegar. (I use my four cup glass measuring cup to mix all the ingredients except the chips.)
  2. Stir in cabbage, tuna, carrot, green pepper, and onion.
  3. Cover; chill.
  4. Just before serving, add chips. Toss lightly.
