Green Bean Fries

Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh green beans ends cut off, or 1 pound frozen green beans, thawed (I used fresh.)
  • 1 tablepoon olive oil
  • 3/4 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 2 tablespoons nutritional yeast (I used parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°.
  2. Line a cookie sheet that has an edge with parchment paper or aluminum foil.
  3. Toss the beans in olive oil in a large bowl.
  4. Lay the beans on the cookie sheet completely flat.
  5. Mix together the remaining ingredients. Sprinkle it on the beans.
  6. Bake for 12 minutes. Carefully broil for 1-2 minutes. Watch them so that they do not burn.
