The following recipe is a family favorite from my growing up years and a meal that has been made often when I need to take a meal to someone else. Look at how easy it is!
- 8 ounces spaghetti I sometimes put more, but no more than 12 ounces.
- 1 or 1 1/2 pounds ground beef browned and drained
- 1 chopped onion
- 1 can of tomato soup
- 1 can of cream of mushroom soup
- 1 tsp. oregano
- 1 tsp. garlic salt
- 1 tsp. Worchester sauce
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. chili powder
- 8 oz. mozzarella cheese
Fry up hamburger in pan with onion. Drain out grease.
Add spices and the two cans of soup. Stir together well.
Now add hamburger mixture to cooked spaghetti and mix together very well.
Bake at 350° for 30 minutes. Add 8 ounces of grated mozzarella cheese and bake 10 minutes longer or until the cheese melts. (Just sprinkle cheese on top to melt.)
