On this busy week in June, my goal again for July is . . . to get everything done that needs to be done.
That sounds simplistic, but it is my survival mode kicking in.
However, I need to be more concrete about this goal, so here is my life for July:
1st week of July:
–swimming lessons every day but Friday
–pack dishes not needed on Monday and Tuesday (and babysit one child on Tuesday)
–go to our house on Wednesday and clean cabinets/start putting dishes away
–Clean house/babysit on Thursday
–Enjoy family from out of town on Friday – Sunday (and of course church on Sunday)
2nd week of July
–VBS for the kids every morning; I will help Wednesday and Friday
–Dentist appointment for Kiley on Monday morning; haircut for me Monday afternoon
–Babysit Tuesday and Thursday and pack more/do laundries/clean
–Go to the house if possible Wednesday and Friday afternoon to take care of more dishes/take over hanging clothes not needed as well.
–Pack oldest 2 for camp on Saturday
3rd week of July
–First and second daughters go to camp; 2 cousins come to stay at our house all week.
–Babysit Tuesday and Thursday; clean; do laundry.
–Go to a fun kid’s park on Monday or Friday.
–Root canal 🙁 on Wednesday
4th and 5th weeks of July
–Finish moving in to the house by the end of the month.
–Clean our current house.
–Pack for vacation last week of July.
–Babysit Tuesdays and Thursdays if possible.
I am continuing my goals of doing my daily Bible reading. The goal of going to bed early has disappeared and my packing will be my exercise. I am continuing to blog, but creative posts such as printables and crafts haven’t been happening. However, I have had some wonderful guest posts the past couple of months such as:
- Patchwork Picnic Cookies
- Red, White, and Blueberry Trifle
- Carrot and Zucchini BBQ Salad
- Summertime Fun Mini Play and Learn Printable Pack
- DIY Medieval/Renaissance Costumes from Household Supplies
- DIY Watercolor Flower Gift Tag
- DIY Keyboard + Mouse Wrist Rests
