It’s our favorite day of the week! My co-hosts have been doing the pinning lately as I write the posts, but I will pin some this week as I have missed looking at all the great link-ups!
Please don’t forget about my new website where you can link up different social media every day to gain more followers as well as link up your giveaways (I’ll share them!) and your printables and linky parties. Today is the day to link up your Pinterest accounts!
Monday, I was able to make dinner for a friend that just had beautiful identical twins. I wish I could show you pictures as they are so adorable! Well, if you have ever had one baby, you know how much help you need–much less twins with a 2 year old boy and a four year old boy! So I was wondering what to make. I never make pasta anymore for families with new babies, as one time after I had a baby all four people who brought me meals brought spaghetti. [Read more…]

The following recipe is a family favorite from my growing up years and a meal that has been made often when I need to take a meal to someone else. Look at how easy it is!
We’re back from our Christmas holidays, and so excited for another Bloggers Brags Pinterest Party!
Both Misty and I said that it felt a little weird not doing this post, and we missed the interaction that we have had with you, our faithful friends who link up every week! It feels great to kick-start our week with another link-up.
I wanted all of you to know that I have started a new resource blog called The Ultimate Linky! Every day there will be a Social Media link up where you can link up a different Social Media to get followed–and follow others. Today is Pinterest! Go HERE to see the schedule for the different Social Media link-ups. I think this could be a great resource to you as bloggers as you can link up all your giveaways, printables, and linky parties and other bloggers can actually find your great blog! It also would be used by people who are not bloggers but are looking for printables and giveaways to enter. This website will only be great if everyone takes the time to link up! Of course this will translate into views for you. The first people to link up will have the most visible links. I am so glad that you who link up will be some of the first people who know of this resource. I would love any shares from The Ultimate Linky’s website to help me in promoting this new venture. I am so thankful for your support.

- In-depth study of the Bible along with reading devotional books
- Memorizing 12 passages of Scripture that have to do with seeking God/being disciplined/being a good wife and mommy
- Prayer and meditation [Read more…]
I make most of the desserts for Thankgiving and Christmas at my side of the extended family’s Thanksgiving and Christmas dinners. Everyone just makes the dishes that they normally do, and dessert usually falls to me. I enjoy preparing the desserts, and I have some standbys that I make quite frequently. However, I sometimes get bored making the same ‘ole, same ‘ole! So this year, I decided to try something new. Here are three new recipes I tried for Christmas this year: [Read more…]
